Extradinary content
My daughter baby G.Rithanya is studying Ist std in Holy Angels Matric Hr Sec School. I would like to disclose a few words about syllabus (curriculum) changes. Last year the school followed only the Samacheer syllabus. Now the syllabus was changed from Samacheer to Chrysalis combined with “WOW EDUCARE”.
The new chrysalis syllabus is very useful to my daughter for easy learning. Studio book contains extradinary contents related to real life examples. In our Samacheer syllabus she wants to put one separate note for homework and she memorize the lessons to do her homework, and she took more time to complete the homework.
But in chrysalis there is a companion book instead of homework note. And the questions asked in the companion book are very practically and knowledgeable one for the child to think creatively and write on her own. She need not memorize the lessons to write the homework.
And now days she compares the real world things with her lessons. I feel very happy to see her lower order thinking level is increased to higher order thinking.
She feels very happy to come to school, to learn the lessons and to participate in all the activities. She learns more new words from this syllabus. Every day she shows her notebook what she had learned newly in her classroom.
The chrysalis syllabus has increased the competition skills between the children. Both cognitive and mental skills are developed to learn the chrysalis syllabus.
During the lockdown period also both Holy Angels and Wow Educare gave the excellent digital classes to my daughter. They conducted more activities like doctor’s day Kalam’s Remembrance Day Independence Day, virtual assembly are very useful to my daughter to know about the values of doctors during the pandemic situation freedom fighters and the great scientist Abdul Kalam.
I really thank our Holy Angels School principal Mrs. Ruby Mary and Wow Educare to implement this excellent syllabus. And I request them to continue this curriculum in future days to develop the skills of students.

The WOW EDUCARE books are very useful also expensive, but it has quality education students gets more knowledge through these books.
